Fortune 100 Best Companies To Work For – Southeast Asia
Now in its second year, the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For – Southeast Asia list shows a region whose workplace leaders are changing fast. Rankings are based on confidential employee responses to Great Place to Work's Trust Index survey, which asks people whether leaders communicate honestly, treat employees fairly, and act on what they say. Only companies where that experience is consistently strong across all roles make the cut. Nearly four in ten companies are new this year, with homegrown employers gaining ground on the global multinationals. Business services now leads the list, ahead of health care, technology, and food and beverage. Explore the full 2026 list below to see which employers are setting the standard.
