Our Experience with Create Creatine Gummies

Create Creatine Gummies are vegan creatine gummies that are NSF Certified for Sport. They’re made with a pectin-based formula that is free of multiple allergens, including dairy, soy, casein, and whey.

Our tester, Gwen, shared her feedback on what she liked and didn’t like, and whether she’d take these creatine gummies long term.

  • First impressions (5 out of 5): Gwen liked the logo, color of the container, and its clean design and font. 
  • Ease of reading and following instructions (5 out of 5): “The instructions are easy to follow, as all you need to do is take three gummies per day at any time of the day,” Gwen said.
  • Swallowability (3 out of 5): “These gummies are a hexagonal shape about the size of a quarter. They definitely look and feel soft, which is nice, too,” per Gwen.

What We Would Change

Here’s what Gwen would improve about Create Creatine Gummies.

  • Taste (3 out of 5): While the gummies’ texture was good, Gwen didn’t like the flavor or the aftertaste. That said, she tried the sour cherry, and there are five other options available (including sour peach, blue raspberry, and sour green apple), as well as a variety pack. While Gwen’s not the biggest fan of sour cherry, she recognized that some people might enjoy it, and she could see herself enjoying some of the other flavors.
  • Value (1 out of 5): The only real way to save on these creatine gummies is to buy multiple months at a time, which can be risky if you’re trying them for the first time. Without a subscribe and save discount, one month’s supply will cost $2.41 per serving.
