The home purchased by the world’s multi-year top-selling musical artist in 2012 is on the market, with an asking price of $14.5 million. Located oceanfront on Cape Cod, the 5,064 square-foot home has eight bedrooms and seven full bathrooms (as well as two half baths).
To be clear, you won’t be buying directly from Swift. She sold the house a year after buying it, following a breakup. (Swift, it may not surprise you to learn, can flip real estate as well as she can sell albums. She paid $5 million for the home, but sold it for $5.675 million.)
The new owners have since updated the property.
Located in the town of Barnstable, the house is on a 1.11-acre bluff and has a 200-foot private beach. Across the way, you can see the Kennedy Compound. The house boasts two working fireplaces, including one in the formal dining room, which is large enough to accommodate a table for 12 guests.
The chef’s kitchen comes with a double oven and white marble countertops. There’s also a library, home gym, and office space. And the primary bathroom has a wall of windows and a big flat-screen TV.
