Living inside the Magic Kingdom? That’s not going to happen. But a home just outside of the park, designed by Disney Imagineers? That’s doable, if you’ve got the money to pay for it.

Sotheby’s International Realty has listed an opulent 10,742 square foot home located in the Carolwood neighborhood at Golden Oak: an upscale community located inside the Walt Disney World resort’s property. The asking price? Just under $15 million.

The 7-bedroom, 9.5-bath estate is 6.4 miles from the heart of Disney World and loaded with everything from Disney-themed stain glass windows to an exact replica of the marble fireplace found in the apartment above Cinderella’s castle.

There’s a custom Swarovski crystal chandelier. The pool comes with a rock waterfall and slide. And the home theater is designed to look like the Millennium Falcon, with simulated stars in the front window, and light-up panels on the wall (though instead of a hyperdrive, you’ll get a popcorn maker, bar and mini-kitchen).

There are four garages, three of which are equipped with lifts, allowing for seven vehicles. And the sitting room overlooking the pool has a fiber optic starlit ceiling detail.

Luxury real estate has seen a surge as other home prices have jumped in the past two years. But it has been location dependent. A Bel Air mansion sold for $154 million, while 18 months ago, New York’s market was considered undervalued by some.

Oh, and for the curious, yes… you can get extended access to the parks as well as a private shuttle to and from. That’s all included in the neighborhood’s homeowners association fees—which run $25,000 per year.
