Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski slammed Kellyanne Conway Friday morning, saying it is “unbelievable” she has a job in the White House.

“Kooky,” Brzezinski continued. “Really kooky, and that’s being kind.” Brzezinski’s comments were in reference to Conway’s March claim that President Donald Trump could have been surveilled as a candidate by former President Barack Obama through “microwaves that turn into cameras.”

CIA Director Mike Pompeo dismissed Conway’s theory Thursday in his first public statement since being sworn in, Politico reports. “[CIA officers] quietly go about their work and try not to get too worked up over the headlines,” he said, “including the fanciful notion that they spy on their fellow citizens via microwave ovens.”

This isn’t the first time Brzezinski has come out against Conway. In March, she told Variety that Conway should be banned from TV because “it’s clear she doesn’t know exactly what she’s talking about.”
