White House reporters have been working hard lately, and actor Tom Hanks just sent them a gift to let them know he appreciates them.
On Thursday, the White House Press Corps received a brand new espresso machine from Hanks. Included was a typed note that said, “Keep up the good fight for Truth, Justice, and the American Way. Especially for the Truth part.”

From the photos posted by the press corps, the machine appears to be from the Pasquini Espresso Company, a Los Angeles firm that’s been selling espresso machines since the 1950s.
It turns out that this isn’t the first time Hanks has sent White House journalists this particular thank you gift. Jake Tapper of CNN says this is actually the third time that Hanks has sent them an espresso machine.
