Hillary Clinton defeated Donald Trump in the second presidential debate Sunday evening, according to two polls.
A CNN/ORC poll found that 57% of voters who watched the debate thought Clinton won, compared to 34% for Trump. A YouGov poll found a smaller margin for Clinton, 47% to 42%.
A quarter of debate watchers in the CNN poll said that Trump’s response to a question about a leaked video of him bragging about groping women left them with a less favorable view of the Republican candidate. More than half of respondents said Trump’s comments did not change their views.
CNN’s survey had a margin of error of plus or minus 4 percentage points.
