After a video released on Friday showed Donald Trump making lewd comments about women, the Republican presidential candidate is taking the opportunity to bring up old allegations about Bill Clinton.

Throughout the 2016 campaign, Trump has hinted that he could bring up the former president’s sexual history. But now that the candidate himself is under fire from politicians on both sides of the aisle, he seems ready to go all in.

On Saturday night, Trump retweeted twotweets from Juanita Broaddrick, who in 1999 accused Clinton of raping her two decades before. In the tweets, Broaddrick called Clinton a “rapist” and said Hillary Clinton protected and enabled her husband.

Trump continued his support of Broaddrick on Sunday, tweeting a link to a video interview with her on Breitbart News, the conservative website run by his campaign CEO Steve Bannon.

Trump also mentioned Clinton during his initial apology on Friday as an excuse for his own crude comments. “Bill Clinton has said far worse to me on the golf course — not even close,” Trump’s statement said. “I apologize if anyone was offended.”

With the next presidential debate set to take place in just a few hours, it’s likely that Broaddrick’s past with Clinton is not going away anytime soon.
