In news sure to delight Empire fans and strike envy in the hearts of boo boo kitties everywhere, Cookie Lyon (otherwise known as the inimitable actress Taraji P. Henson) will be getting her own makeup collaboration with cosmetics giant MAC.
Henson took to Instagram to share the good news with her fans, noting in her caption that the collection will be available in September, both online and in select stores.
“So excited to share this! My @MACcosmetics collection is coming! Online & at select stores in Sept. #MACTaraji #VirgoSeason”
The collection will include a black eyeliner, mascara, two shades of MAC’s signature Mineralize Skinfinish highlighter, a face brush, and alipstick coyly named, Strip Me Down; if the announcement photos are any indication, Cookie’s glow is going to be a hot commodity this fall.
