Apple (AAPL) is now helping its customers with general product questions through Twitter.

The company opened @AppleSupport, on the social media platform on Thursday morning.

The account, which is already verified, has over 35,000 followers in its first few hours online. Meanwhile, it’s tweeted a total of 300 times about subjects ranging from Safari browser help to iPhone support.

Here’s the account’s first tweet:

Apple support has been plugged by Twitter (TWTR) CEO Jack Dorsey too.

While there’s still no main Apple account on the micro-blogging platform, the tech company did create a Twitter support account for its Apple Music service last October. That account has over 8 million followers.
