Hillary Clinton has added two more states to her victory belt, winning Tennessee and Alabama.
Coupled with a win in South Carolina last week and in Georgia earlier on Super Tuesday, this is a sign that Southern Democrats, where African-Americans are a major constituency, are leaning towards Clinton over insurgent candidate Bernie Sanders.
Clinton also won Virginia on Tuesday evening.
The Democratic vote in Massachusetts and Oklahoma is currently too close to call.
Though Sanders has vowed to stay in the election until the Democratic National Convention, these wins will go a long way to establishing Clinton as the Democratic Party’s presidential candidate.
