Papa John’s (PZZA) has an answer for customers who don’t love their pizza—give them another.

The chain announced that it’s now offering a “Quality Guarantee.” If a customer tells the restaurant why the pizza didn’t taste good, it’ll be replaced free of charge. “Papa John’s didn’t need a ‘Quality Guarantee,'” chairman and CEO John Schnatter said in a press release. “But if we want to live by our commitment to provide ‘Better Ingredients and Better Pizza’ we have to be able to deliver.”

However, there are a few conditions. The “Quality Guarantee” applies specifically to cold, undercooked, overcooked, or damaged pizza and skimpy or wrong toppings, and it doesn’t extend to sides, desserts, or drinks.

Make sure to check the pizza right away, because the offer is only active 30 minutes after the delivery or pick-up time. There’s another caveat: If more than two slices have been eaten the offer is invalid.

Papa John’s states on its website that it reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time, but if its U.K. market is any indicator it might stick around for a while. The company began offering the same promotion in the U.K. around this time last year, and according to its website it’s still going on.
