Here Are the Best Employee Perks in the World

In 2016, employer-sponsored healthcare and gym discounts are old hat. More and more, people are looking for their jobs to shower them with awesome perks.

Glassdoor, the employer rating site, just released a list of the 20 best employee perks. A few of the choice nuggets:

— At the World Wildlife Fund, an environmental non-profit, employees get every other Friday off. These are known as “Panda Fridays.”

— At Burton Snowboards, a winter sports company based in Vermont, employees get season passes to the slopes and days off to actually use them.

— Facebook gives $4,000 in “baby cash” to new parents.

— Google will pay the surviving spouse of an employee who dies 50% of their salary for 10 years after the death.

— Walt Disney Company give employees and their guests free admission to Disney Parks.
