CEO of Microsoft Satya Nadella put his house up for sale over the weekend.

The 4,050 square foot property sits on just under half an acre of land and is listed for $3.488 million and is located in King’s County in Clyde Hill, Washington. It’s a single-family home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathroom and, at 1.5 stories high, there’s a lofted office area overlooking the living room. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide unbelievably diverse views of Lake Washington, Seattle’s skyline, and the Olympic Mountains.

The listing states that it was built in 1963 and has a modern-industrial influenced design. According to the LA Times, Nadella bought the house almost 20 years ago for $1.385 million.

Nadella has been at Microsoft (MSFT) since 1992 and was named CEO in 2014. The company has been in fierce competition with Apple in recent years as the world appears to be shifting from from PCs to Mac computers and mobile devices. Shares of the company had long been declining, but since Nadella took the helm they’ve gone up by 45%, earning him a place on Fortune‘s Businessperson of the Year list.
