Michael Fertik is out as CEO of Reputation.com, the online reputation management company he founded back in 2006. He will remain on the Redwood City, Calif.-based company’s board, now serving as executive chairman.

Reputation.com’s new CEO will be company president Shrey Bhatia, who joined in 2011. It also appears that he also will retain the president title.

No word yet on what caused the moves, which have been reflected on the company’s website but not on Fertik’s LinkedIn or Twitter profiles.

Reputation.com, which counts both businesses and individuals as clients, has raised over $60 million in VC funding, from firms like Bessemer Venture Partners, Floodgate, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers and Icon Ventures.
