Baring Private Equity Asia and Japanese audio equipment maker Onkyo have partnered to acquire the audiovisual business of Japan’s Pioneer (Tokyo: 6773), according to the Nikkei business daily. Green Bancorp, a Houston -based commercial bank with 12 branches in Texas, has filed for a $100 million IPO. It plans to trade under ticker symbol GNBC, with Sandler O’Neill+Partners serving as lead underwriter. Intersect ENT Inc., a Menlo Park, Calif.-based developer of local drug delivery solutions for ear, nose and throat patients, has filed for an $80 million IPO. It plans to trade on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol XENT, with J.P. Morgan and Piper Jaffray serving as lead underwriters. The company reports a $4.4 million net loss on $7.5 million in revenue for Q1 2014. Investcorp has hired Barclays and Deutsche Bank to find a buyer for Berlin Packaging LLC, a Chicago-based maker and distributor of plastic, glass and metal containers/closures, according to Reuters. The deal could be valued at around $1.3 billion. www.berlinpackaging.com
