The new flatter look

We can't say it enough: iOS7's cleaner look takes everything old and makes them seem new again. Flat text bubbles rise and fall based on their own special brand of virtual gravity. Even returning to the home screen is a visual pleasure thanks to different animated transitions.

Get ready, Apple fanboys: Rumor has it that new iPhones with bigger are hitting the production lines in China next month.

The new model will have a 4.7-inch screen, sources told Bloomberg. This would be Apple’s (AAPL) largest iPhone screen ever, as the current model’s screen is only 4 inches. Such a change would help the iPhone compete better with larger phones like the Galaxy, which have become more popular in the past few years.

It is expected that the new phone will be ready to ship to retailers in September. Sources also told Bloomberg it is possible that a second model with an even larger 5.5-inch screen will be available at the same time.

The new phones are all expected to be more curved and thinner than previous models.
