Mark Roszkowski has joined AOL (AOL) as a senior vice president and head of corporate development, according to an email sent earlier today to friends and colleagues.

Roszkowski wrote that he’ll be working for AOL chief executive Tim Armstrong, and that the company “has been leading the charge into digital video and programmatic ad buying across all media channels.”

He previously spent two years leading corporate and business development at Linkable Networks, a debit/credit card-linked loyalty rewards startup.

Prior corporate development head Michael Smith appears to have left earlier this year, according to his LinkedIn profile.

Fortune has reached out to AOL and Roszkowski for comment, and will update this post if we hear back.
