Cnova NV, the global ecommerce unit of French retailer Casino (Paris: CO), has filed for a $1 billion IPO. It plans to trade under ticker symbol CNV, with Morgan Stanley and J.P. Morgan serving as lead underwriters. The company reports a $31 million net loss on nearly $4 billion in 2013 revenue. www.groupe-casino.fr OneSavings Bank PLC, a British lender to landlords and small businesses, has raised £134 million in its IPO. Aduro BioTech The Carlyle Group is talking to bankers about an auction process for British mini-cab companyAddison Lee Ltd., according to Bloomberg.
