Cool Planet BioFuels, a Camarillo, Calif.-based developer of biofuels technology, has raised $100 million in Series D funding. Concord Energy and existing shareholder North Bridge Venture Partnersco-led the round, and were joined by return backers BP, Energy Technology Ventures, Google Ventures and Exelon’s Constellation division. NeuMoDx Molecular Inc., an Ann Arbor, Mich.-based molecular testing startup, has raised $21 million in Series B funding. Pfizer Ventures led the round, and was joined by Baird Capital, Venture Investors and return backers Arboretum Ventures and The Wolverine Venture Fund. www.neumodx.com

Buzz Points Inc., an Austin, Texas-based provider of loyalty and rewards programs, has raised $19 million in new Series D funding, according to VentureWire. Discover Financial Services led the round, and was joined by return backers KEC Ventures and Greycroft Ventures. www.fisoc.com

SCIenergy, a San Francisco-based developer of an energy infrastructure-as-a-service platform, has raised $12 million in new VC funding. Braemar Energy Ventures led the round, and was joined by Edison Energy, Mitsui USA and return backers The Westly Group, DFJ, DFJ Growth and Triangle Peak Partners. www.scienergy.com

Providence Medical Technology Inc., a Lafayette, Calif.-based developer of minimally-invasive solutions for the cervical spine market, has raised $6.8 million in Series C funding. Stanmore Medical Investments led the round, and was joined by Aphelion Capital and RCT Ventures.www.providencemt.com

Industrial Toys, a Pasadena, Calif.-based mobile and tablet gaming startup, has raised $5 million in Series A funding from Accel Partnerswww.industrialtoys.com

Private Equity Deals

AAMP of America, a Clearwater, Fla.-based portfolio company of Audax Private Equity, has acquired Armour Automotive Ltd., a UK-based designer and distributor of branded connectivity and audio solutions for the in-vehicle entertainment and communication markets, from Armour Group PLC(AIM: AMR). AcadeMedia, a Swedish education company owned by EQT Partners, has agreed to acquire Espira, an operator of 75 pre-schools in Norway, from CapMan. No financial terms were disclosed.www.academedia.se

IPOs

Imprivata, a Lexington, Mass.-based provider of access and authentication management solutions for the healthcare industry, has filed for a $115 million IPO. It plans to trade on the NYSE under ticker symbol IMPR, with J.P. Morgan and Piper Jaffray serving as lead underwriters. The company reports a $5.5 million net loss on $71 million in revenue for 2013, compared to $1 million in net income on $54 million in revenue for 2012. Shareholders include General Catalyst Partners, Highland Capital Partners and Polaris Partners – each of which have a 25.3% pre-IPO stake. www.imprivata.com

Weibo Corp., a Chinese social media platform, disclosed that it plans to list its shares on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol WB. The company previously has filed for a $500 million IPO, with Goldman Sachs (Asia) and Credit Suisse serving as lead underwriters. It reports a $38 million net loss on $188 million in revenue for 2013, compared to a $102 million net loss on $66 million in revenue for 2012. SINA Corp. Atlas Mara Co-Nvest (LSE: ATMA) has agreed to acquire a majority stake in the parent company of Botswana-based bank BancABC for approximately $265 million in cash and stock. www.bancabc.com

Astec Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: ASTE) has acquired Telestack Ltd., an Ireland-based provider of material handling systems used in the port, aggregate and mining industries. The deal is valued at $36 million. www.telestack.com

Masstech Group, a Canadian provider of media asset management and file-based workflow solutions, has agreed to acquire the assets of PlayBox Technology, a provider of channel-in-a-box solutions for television. No financial terms were disclosed. www.masstech.com

The Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp. (Singapore: 039) has agreed to acquire Hong Kong-based Wing Hang Bank (HK: 302) for $4.95 billion. www.whbhk.com

Q1Media Inc., an Austin, Texas-based online advertising technology company, has raised $8 million in venture debt funding from Silicon Valley Bank ($5m senior debt) and Partners for Growth ($3m junior debt). www.q1media.com

Wunderman, a unit of WPP PLC (LSE: WPP), has acquired FusePump, a London-based company that extracts product data from e-commerce websites and other data sources. No financial terms were disclosed for the deal, which was managed by Livingstone. www.fusepump.com

Yahoo
 (Nasdsaq: YHOO) is in “preliminary talks” to acquire Atlanta-based online video news serviceNews Distribution Network for approximately $300 million, according to the WSJ. www.newsinc.com

Actis has cut its stake in listed Egyptian bank Commercial International Bank from 9.1% to 6.5%, in a $117 million private placement to “a group of international investors. www.act.is

Anheuser-Busch InBev (NYSE: BUD) has completed its $5.8 billion purchase of South Korean brewerOriental Brewery from Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and Affinity Equity Partners.www.inbev.com

Highlander Partners has sold Performance Chemicals & Ingredients Co. (a.k.a. SensoryEffects), a St. Louis-based supplier of customized food and beverage ingredient systems, to Balchem Corp.(Nasdaq: BCPC) for $567 million in cash. www.sensoryeffects.com
