Advent International has agreed to acquire a minority stake in Colombia’s Ocensa oil pipeline for $1.1 billion from Talisman Energy (TSX: TLM) and Total SA (Paris: FP) and Spain’s Cepsa, according to the WSJ.

NewSpring Holdings has agreed to acquire Wealthcare Capital Management Inc., a Richmond, Va.-based provider of wealth management technology and advisory services. No financial terms were disclosed.

The Riverside Company has acquired Y. International, a Tokyo-based bicycle retailer with 29 company-owned stores across Japan. No financial terms were disclosed.
