The Blackstone Group has agreed to acquire Pactera Technology International Ltd. (Nasdaq: PACT), a China-based provider of global consulting and technology services, for approximately $625 million. Blackstone originally had offered to buy the company for $7.50 per share, before later reducing its bid to $7 per share. Today’s agreement works out to $7.30 per share.
