Ardian (f.k.a. AXA Private Equity) has agreed to acquire a majority stake in Laboratoires Anios, a France–based provider of disinfection solutions for hospitals and clinics. No financial terms were disclosed.

Francisco Partners has invested an undisclosed amount into NexTech, a Tampa, Fla.–based provider of electronic medical records practice management and marketing software for specialty physician practices.

Jordan Health Services, a home healthcare portfolio company of Palladium Equity Partners, has merged with Healthcare Innovations Private Services, a provider of Medicaid home health services in Oklahoma. No financial terms were disclosed.

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. has agreed to acquire a minority stake in Weststar Aviation Services, a Malaysian provider of charter helicopter flights for the local oil and gas industry. No financial terms were disclosed, although Reuters values the deal at approximately $203

Laborie Medical Technologies Inc., a portfolio company of Audax Group, has acquired UroMed Technology Inc., a San Ramon, Calif.-based pelvic muscle rehabilitation business. No financial terms were disclosed. No financial terms were disclosed.

Tenex Capital Management has agreed to acquire the machinery and tools business of Walter Meier AG (Swiss: WMN). No financial terms were disclosed. The deal includes assets sold under the JET, Wilson and Powermatic brands.
