Bertram Capital has acquired Rowmark LLC, a Findlay, Ohio-based maker of highly-engineered extruded plastic sheet used for engraving and specialty applications. No financial terms were disclosed. Sellers include Clearview

Bruckman Rosser Sherrill & Co.
 and Palladin Consumer Retail Partners has acquired the entertainment and electronics airport retail businesses formerly operated by Project Horizon, a subsidiary of Gate Petroleum Company. The newly-independent group will be renamed InMotion Entertainment Group. No financial terms were disclosed.

Duet Health, a Columbus, Ohio-based mobile health communications company, has raised an undisclosed amount of equity funding from Baird

Forstmann Little & Co. has received first-round bids for talent agency IMG Worldwide from four private equity firms, according to Reuters. They are: CVC Capital Partners, KKR, Silver Lake and TPG Capital. The deal could be worth more than $2 billion.

Hellman & Friedman has completed its buyout of global insurance brokerage Hub International for approximately $4.4 billion. The primary seller is Apax Partners, which took Hub private in 2007 for $1.8 billion (alongside Morgan Stanley Principal Investments and company employees)

IK Investment Partners has agreed to acquire DNV Petroleum Services, a provider of fuel management services, from Norwegian foundation Det Norske Veritas. No financial terms were disclosed.

Orchard Holdings Group has acquired Lucas Group, an Atlanta–based executive search firm, fromH.I.G. Capital. No financial terms were disclosed.

West Monroe Partners has acquired On Point Consulting, a Minneapolis-based provider of merger integration solutions. No financial terms were disclosed.
