American Industrial Partners has agreed to acquire Flow International Corp. (Nasdaq: FLOW), a Kent, Wash.–based maker of industrial waterjet machines for cutting and cleaning applications. The deal is valued at just over $200 million, or $4.05 per share in cash (8.58% premium over yesterday’s closing price). www.flowcorp.com

TVV Capital has acquired Pitonyak Machinery Corp., a Carlisle, Ark.-based maker of agricultural implements like grain carts, seedbed preparation equipment and land levelers.
