Dering Capital is in pole position to acquire the French assets of European telecom tower operator TDF, according to the FT. The deal could be valued at around €3.8 billion (compared to an original €4 billion asking price), with other suitors reported to be American Tower and a pairing of Canadian pension systems CPPIB and PSP Investment. Dering Capital is led by former Blackstone Group partner Ben Jenkins. TDF shareholders include AXA Private Equity, Charterhouse Capital Partners, FSI and TPG Capital. www.tdf.fr

Aquiline Capital Partners and Genstar Capital have completed their previously-announced acquisition of Genworth Wealth Management from Genworth Financial Inc. (NYSE: GNW) for $412.5 million. The deal included both Genworth Financial Wealth Management, an investment management and consulting platform, and Altegris, a provider of alternative investments.www.genworth.com

ITC Nexus, a San Diego-based provider of hemostasis management and point-of-care testing, has acquired Accumetrics, a San Diego–based provider of products for assessing patient response to all major antiplatelet therapies. No financial terms were disclosed. ITC Nexus is a portfolio company ofWarburg Pincus, while Accumetrics had raised over $74 million in VC funding from Arnerich Massena & Associates, BBT Fund, Essex Woodlands Health Ventures, Kaiser Permanente Ventures, PTV Sciences and RiverVest Partners. www.accumetrics.com

Nova Galicia, a nationalized Spanish lender, is in talks to sell its EVO Banco subsidiary, according to Reuters. Bidders include a consortium made up of Centerbridge Capital Partners and Anacap.www.evobanco.com

The Riverside Company has acquired Rutland Plastics Inc., a Pineville, N.C.–based provider of screen printing inks for the apparel industry and plastisol compounds for automotive and industrial customers. USA Compression Partners (NYSE: USAC) has acquired a portfolio of compression assets primarily used in crude oil production from S&R Compression LLC, a Tulsa, Okla.-based portfolio company ofArgonaut Private Equity.
