Altor has agreed to acquire n 80% stake in French ski equipment maker Rossignol Group fromChartreuse et Mont Blanc, an affiliate of Macquarie Group. No financial terms were disclosed. Focus Financial Partners, a New York-based partnership of independent wealth management firms, has raised $216 million in minority equity funding from Centerbridge Capital Partners.
