MidOcean Partners has agreed to acquire Water Pik, a Fort Collins, Colo.-based provider of personal and oral healthcare products, according to peHUB. The seller would be EG Capital, which retained Harris Williams & Co. earlier this year to manage the process. www.waterpik.com
Sycamore Partners has completed its previously-announced take-private acquisition of retailer Hot Topic Inc. (Nasdaq: HOTT). The deal was valued at approximately $600 million, or $14 per share. www.hottopic.com
