DeLille Cellars, a Woodinville, Wash.-based winery, has raised an undisclosed amount of growth equity funding from Bacchus Capital Management. www.delillecellars.com

High Road Capital Partners and Charter Oak Equity have acquired The Crown Group Inc., a Warren, Mich.–based provider of coating services and solutions to the transportation, agriculture and general industrial end markets. J.C. Flowers & Co. has agreed to acquire Cabot Credit Management, a British acquirer and manager of consumer debt with over £7.7 billion of assets under management, from AnaCap Financial Partners, Morgan Stanley Alternative Investment Partners and Partners Group.
