Arsenal Capital Partners has acquired Arnco, a Southgate, Calif.–based supplier of polyurethane products. No financial terms were disclosed.

Bain Capital and Golden Gate Capital are now the lead bidder for BMC Software (Nasdaq: BMC), according to Reuters. The deal is expected to be valued at more than $6.5 billion, with a rival consortium comprised of KKR, TPG Capital and Thoma Bravo.
