Radius Health Inc., a Cambridge, Mass.-based developer of drug therapies for osteoporosis and women’s health, has raised $43 million in new VC funding. F2 Biosciences led the round, and was joined by return backers Biotech Growth, MPM Capital, Brookside Capital and BB Biotech Ventures. The company previously raised over $170 million in VC funding, and last November withdrew registration for an IPO. www.radiuspharm.com

Esperion Therapeutics Inc.
, a Plymouth, Mich.-based developer of oral low-density lipoprotein cholesterol lowering drugs, has raised $33 million in new VC funding. Longitude Capital led the round, and was joined by return backers Aisling Capital, Alta Partners, Domain Associates, Arboretum Ventures and Asset Management. www.esperion.com

Datalogix, a Westminster, Colo.-based provider of online ad performance analytics, has raised $25 million in Series B funding. Institutional Venture Partners led the round, and was joined by return backers General Catalyst, Sequel Venture Partners and Costanoa Venture Capital. www.datalogix.com
Genticel, a French developer of HPV vaccines, has raised €18.2 million in Series C funding. Wellington Partners led the deal, and was joined by return backers EdRIP, IDInvest, InnoBio, IRDI and Amundi.www.genticel.com

Assured Labor, a New York-based provider of mobile recruitment solutions, has raised $5.5 million in new VC funding. Capital Indigo led the round, and was joined by return backers Great Oaks Venture Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, Kima Ventures, Enzyme Venture Capital, Fabrice Grinda and Jose Marin. www.assuredlabor.com

PICT, a San Francisco-based developer of insertable watermark technology for digital photos, has raised $1.4 million in VC funding. Backers include Forerunner Ventures, Lowercase Capital, Opus Capital and 500 Startups. www.pict.com
