Aquiline Capital Partners and Genstar Capital have agreed to acquire Genworth Wealth Managementfrom Genworth Financial Inc. (NYSE: GNW) for $412.5 million. The deal includes both Genworth Financial Wealth Management, an investment management and consulting platform, and Altegris, a provider of alternative investments.

Apollo Global Management has completed its $2.5 billion acquisition of McGraw-Hill Education fromThe McGraw-Hill Cos. (NYSE: MHP).

CITIC Private Equity has agreed to buy Chinese parcel delivery business Hoau from TNT Express(Amsterdam: TNTE). No financial terms were disclosed.

Investor AB has agreed to acquire Swedish electric wheelchair maker Permobil from Nordic Capital for €655 million.

Onex Partners has received interest from several private equity firms in Carestream Health Inc., a Rochester, N.Y.–based provider of medical imaging systems that could be valued at upwards of $3.5 billion according to Reuters. Early suitors include Bain Capital, Carlyle Group, KKR, Hellman & Friedman and THL Partners.

Overall Capital Partners has acquired Honeycomb Company of America Inc., a Sarasota, Fla.-based maker of composite assemblies for U.S. military aircraft platforms. No financial terms were disclosed. BB&T Capital Markets | Windsor Group managed the process.

Sharp Corp. (Tokyo: 6753) may reach out to private equity firms for an investment, according to Bloomberg. The Japanese electronics maker also may issue new public shares, in order “to replenish dwindling cash levels.”

Source Refrigeration & HVAC, a portfolio company of Arsenal Capital Partners, has acquired Jacksonville, Fla.-based Fournier Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. No financial terms were disclosed.
