Aquiline Capital Partners and Genstar Capital have agreed to acquire Genworth Wealth Managementfrom Genworth Financial Inc. (NYSE: GNW) for $412.5 million. The deal includes both Genworth Financial Wealth Management, an investment management and consulting platform, and Altegris, a provider of alternative investments. www.genworth.com

Apollo Global Management has completed its $2.5 billion acquisition of McGraw-Hill Education fromThe McGraw-Hill Cos. (NYSE: MHP). www.mcgraw-hill.com

CITIC Private Equity has agreed to buy Chinese parcel delivery business Hoau from TNT Express(Amsterdam: TNTE). No financial terms were disclosed. www.tnt.com

Onex Partners has received interest from several private equity firms in Carestream Health Inc., a Rochester, N.Y.–based provider of medical imaging systems that could be valued at upwards of $3.5 billion according to Reuters.
