Ratos AB and Rite Ventures have agreed to acquire Nebula Oy, a Finnish provider of cloud services to small and medium-sized companies. The deal is valued at approximately €82.5 million, including a €35 million equity commitment from Ratos. It also includes undisclosed earn-outs. www.ratos.se

Wood Creek Capital Management has agreed to acquire Cleveland-based music publishing company The Concord Music Group from Village Roadshow Entertainment Group, an Australia-listed portfolio company of Tailwind Capital Partners.
