Private equity deals

Ratos AB and Rite Ventures have agreed to acquire Nebula Oy, a Finnish provider of cloud services to small and medium-sized companies. The deal is valued at approximately €82.5 million, including a €35 million equity commitment from Ratos. It also includes undisclosed earn-outs.

TA Associates and Updata Partners have offered to acquire Australian enterprise software company Nintex Group for US$222 million, according to the WSJ.

Titan River Energy
has been formed via a $100 million capital commitment from Ridgemont Equity Partners and Post Oak Energy Capital. Titan is a Fort Worth, Texas-based oil and gas development company that will initially focus on the drilling and development of oil-prone shale plays in Texas.

Wood Creek Capital Management has agreed to acquire Cleveland-based music publishing company The Concord Music Group from Village Roadshow Entertainment Group, an Australia-listed portfolio company of Tailwind Capital Partners. The deal reportedly is valued at between $115 million and $125 million.
