EverTrue, a Boston-based education fundraising platform, has raised $5.25 million in Series A funding. Bain Capital Ventures led the round, and was joined by return backers Boston Seed Capital, TechStars CEO David Cohen, Bonobos CEO Andy Dunn and Trunk Club CEO Brian Spaly. www.evertrue.com

, a German developer of a cryotherapy system for use in the treatment of coronary artery disease, has raised new Series A funding from Peppermint VenturePartners.
