OpenX Software Ltd., a Los Angeles-based provider of digital and mobile advertising revenue products and services, has expanded its Series E round to $25 million, according to a regulatory filing. In January the company announced that it had raised $22.5 million in a round led by Samsung Venture Investment Corp.
