Allscripts (Nasdaq: MDRX) has acquired dbMotion Ltd., an Israeli supplier of community health solutions, for approximately $235 million (including a $145 million up-front cash payment). DbMotion had raised VC funding from Gemini Israel Funds, Ness Technologies, Pitango Venture Capital and Vertex Venture Capital.
