Allscripts (Nasdaq: MDRX) has acquired dbMotion Ltd., an Israeli supplier of community health solutions, for approximately $235 million (including a $145 million up-front cash payment). DbMotion had raised VC funding from Gemini Israel Funds, Ness Technologies, Pitango Venture Capital and Vertex Venture Capital. Allscripts also announced that it has acquired Jardogs LLC, a Springfield, Ill.–based provider of patient engagement solutions, for an undisclosed amount. www.allscripts.copm

, a Fort Mill, S.C.-based subsidiary of Ashtead Group PLC (LSE: AHT) has acquired the assets of Wisconsin equipment rental companies Milwaukee High Lift Inc. and Madison High Lift Inc.No financial terms were disclosed for the deal.
