Accel-KKR has agreed to acquire Sage Nonprofit Solutions, an Austin, Texas–based provider of accounting, donor and fundraising management and grant management software to nonprofits, from Sage Group PLC (LSE: SGE). No financial terms were disclosed.

Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. has acquired SSM Solar, a Canadian portfolio of three solar photovoltaic energy projects, from an affiliate of Starwood Energy Group. No financial terms were disclosed.
