Charlesbank Capital Partners and Webster Capital have completed their previously-announced $525 million acquisition of OneStopPlus, a plus-sized mail-order fashion business, from France’s PPR SA.

KPS Capital Partners has completed a $200 million dividend recap for portfolio company Waupaca Foundry Inc., a Waupaca, Wis.-based iron foundry that produces gray and ductile iron castings. Proceeds will be used for a cash distribution to shareholders. The recap was done via a $200 million upsizing of the company’s term loan.

Lafarge (Paris: LG) has short-listed several bidders for a 20%-30% stake in its Indian arm Lafarge India, according to the Economic Times. Those who made the cut include Advent International, Standard Chartered Private Equity, Temasek Holdings and Baring Asia. The deal could be valued at approximately $250 million.

Sun Capital Partners has agreed to acquire BTX Group, a Danish apparel maker and retailer, from EQT Partners. No financial terms were disclosed.

York Risk Services, a Parsippany, N.J.–based portfolio company of ABRY Partners, has acquired Axis Holdings Ltd., a provider of loss adjustment services with operations in Latin America and the Caribbean. No financial terms were disclosed.
