Desert NDT LLC, a portfolio company of Sterling Partners, has acquired T&K Inspection Inc., a Williston, N.D.-based provider of industrial X-ray services to customers in North Dakota and Montana. No financial terms were disclosed.

The Gores Group has completed its previously-announced acquisition of Harris Broadcast Communications from Harris Corp. (NYSE: HRS) for $225 million. Harris Broadcast Communications is a Denver-based provider of hardware and software that creates, manages, transmits, distributes and monetizes video content.

Headland Capital Partners
 has invested an undisclosed amount into Mamee-Double Decker Berhad, a Malaysian domestic food manufacturer whose products include snacks and instant noodles. No financial terms were disclosed.

Radio Systems Corp., a Knoxville, Tenn.-based maker of pet products like invisible fences, has acquiredPup-Pee Solutions, maker of an artificial lawn ‘toilet’ for pets. No financial terms were disclosed. Radio Systems is a portfolio company of TSG Consumer Partners.

Viracor-IBT Laboratories Inc.
, a portfolio company of Ampersand Capital Partners, has agreed to acquire the assets of Cylex Inc., a Columbia, Md.–based maker of in vitro diagnostic products for improving immunity in transplant medicine. No financial terms were disclosed. Cylex shareholders include Siemens, Roche and Canaan Partners.
