Rexam PLC (LSE: REX) has completed the previously-announced $459 million sale of its cosmetics, toiletries and household care products unit to Sun Capital Partners. Cisco Systems (Nasdaq: CSCO) has agreed to sell its Linksys home networking unit to Belkin. No financial terms were disclosed, although prior news reports suggested that Cisco would receive “much less” than the $500 million it paid to acquire Linksys back in 2003.
