Boa Technology Inc., a Denver-based developer of a closure system for footwear and medical devices, has raised an undisclosed amount of growth equity funding from Glenbrook Consumer Partners.

Chesapeake Energy Corp. (NYSE: CHK) is in talks to sell most of its pipeline assets to Global Infrastructure Partners for more than $4 billion, according to Bloomberg.

Drew Marine, a portfolio company of J.F. Lehman & Co., has agreed to acquire the maritime interests of Chemring Group PLC for £32 million in cash.

Insite Wireless LLC, manager of wireless communication tower site facilities and distributed antenna systems in the U.S. and Caribbean islands, has raised an undisclosed amount of new funding from Cox Enterprises and return backer Catalyst Investors.

InVentiv Health Inc., a Burlington, Mass.-based provider of clinical, commercial and consulting services to the healthcare market, has acquired Kazaam Interactive, a Newtown, Penn.-based provider of personalized digital brand solutions. No financial terms were disclosed. InVentiv Health is a portfolio company of THL Capital and Liberty Lane Partners.

, a Los Angeles-based fast casual restaurant chain focused on gourmet sandwiches, has raised an undisclosed amount of growth equity funding from Catterton Partners. Existing shareholders include GrowthPoint Partners.

System Development.Integration LLC, a Chicago-based systems integrator specializing in security technologies and infrastructure, has raised an undisclosed amount of new private equity funding from LLR Partners and Monument Capital Group.
