J.F. Lehman & Co. has acquired Doss Aviation Inc., a Colorado, Springs, Colo.–based provider of aviation support services primarily to the U.S. military and other government customers. No financial terms were disclosed.

Genstar Capital has acquired Innovative Aftermarket Systems, an Austin, Texas-based underwriter of vehicle protection products and related services sold through franchised automobile dealers. No financial terms were disclosed.

Kohlberg & Co. has acquired SouthernCare Inc., a Dallas-based provider of hospice care at 75 centers throughout the Midwest and Southeast, from Metalmark Capital Partners. No financial terms were disclosed, except that Babson Capital Management provided $22.2 million in mezzanine debt and a $2.2 million equity co-investment to support Kohlberg’s acquisition.

Revelry Brands, a Boulder, Colo.-based private equity firm, has acquired PACT Apparel Inc., a Berkeley, Calif.-based apparel company focused on premium organic cotton basics. No financial terms were disclosed.

PaperlinX (ASX: PPX) said it has received a conditional buyout proposal from an unidentified private equity firm. The paper manufacturer currently has a market cap of around A$50 million, and says it is assessing the proposal.

Macquarie Infrastructure Partners has agreed to acquire WCA Waste Corp. (Nasdaq: WCAA), a Houston-based provider of collection and disposal of non-hazardous solid waste.
