Atlantic Street Capital has invested an undisclosed amount in Alex Apparel Group Inc., a New York-based designer of moderately-priced traditional eveningwear. www.atlanticstreetcapital.com

Cressey & Co. has acquired a majority stake in InnerChange, a residential treatment provider offering therapeutic services and academics to young women with behavioral, emotional and substance abuse problems. No financial terms were disclosed. www.innerchange.com

GoogleKKR and Recurrent Energy have partnered to invest in a portfolio of solar facilities serving the Sacramento Municipal Utility District. The deal includes $94 million in equity from Google, up to $95 million from KKR (some may be invested in similar projects) and an undisclosed amount of debt. www.kkr.com

Harvest Partners has acquired Driven Brands Inc., a Charlotte-based automotive aftermarket franchising platform whose brands include Meineke and Maaco, from Carousel Capital. No financial terms were disclosed. Carousel had acquired Driven Brands in 2008. www.harvpart.com

Huron Capital has committed $40 million toward a recapitalization of Sock & Accessory Brands Global LLC, a Mocksville, N.C.-based maker of fashion casual and athletic socks. Jim Clegg, a Huron operating partner, will join SABG as president and chairman, while existing SABG CEO Jeff Arnold will maintain his position. Fifth Third Bank provided senior debt financing for the transaction. www.huroncapital.com
