Former MF Global boss Jon Corzine was served with papers while walking toward his (latest) grilling on Capitol Hill. He didn’t seem too happy about it, allowing the documents to fall the the ground behind him. CNBC, which captured the incident, says the suit was brought by an MF Global client that had a $95 million account and another $125 million in U.S. Treasuries.
