My old boss was the owner. Never worried about the company always off making another deal. If he paid attention to the company it was to screw it up, or hire another person who had no idea how the industry worked. It drove out his best people, and left the crappy ones there.
I am so glad to be out of there and out of the state. Tired of being told I knew nothing, when I knew I was the only one who actually did know something. Move on to a bigger and better company, with a better salary and benefits.
