Steph Curry has triumphed in yet another arena: Apple’s App Store.

The basketball star’s app, StephMoji by Steph Curry, went on sale on Wednesday, and it’s already the most-popular paid app in Apple’s (AAPL) App Store, topping several other favorites, including Kim Kardashian’s Kimoji app. Curry’s app costs $1.99.

StephMoji is an emoji app, allowing users to “access hundreds of brand-new emoji personally curated by Steph himself.” The emoji collection spans everything from his famous chewing on his mouthguard to images of Curry laughing, sleeping, sending kisses, and much, much more.

Getting to the top of Apple’s App Store is by no means an easy feat, and in a world where paid apps are being tossed aside in favor of free apps with in-app purchases, it makes Curry’s triumph even more impressive. Perhaps most importantly for him and the app’s creator Appmoji, it also means serious cash. While it’s unknown exactly how many downloads the app has notched so far, the fact that it’s made it to the top suggests he’s generated a significant number of downloads—and at $2 each, it might make him some nice cash.

Last year, The New York Post reported that Kim Kardashian’s similar emoji app, Kimoji, which features the celebrity dancing and making faces, among other things, was generating 9,000 downloads per second when it launched. The report at that time pegged the star’s revenue at about $1 million a minute during that period.

Such a cash windfall would be just the latest victory for the NBA star. Indeed, the 28-year-old Curry is one of the most highly respected athletes in the world. He has been called by some players the NBA’s greatest shooter and has won back-to-back MVP awards. His record-breaking performances have earned him high regard among fans, as well, who follow his every word on social media. On Twitter (TWTR), alone, Curry has 5.5 million followers. His Facebook (FB) page has nearly 6 million likes and his Instagram account has 11 million followers.

Since Wednesday, Curry has been using his accounts to promote the StephMoji app. His legion of fans has apparently responded the way he had hoped.

The question now, though, is just how long StephMoji can reign supreme in Apple’s App Store. Kimoji has been at the top, or at least near it, for months, and Kardashian has far more followers on her social accounts. Whether StephMoji will be able to hold off Kardashian or other popular apps, like Minecraft, remains to be seen.

Apple did not immediately respond to a request for comment on how much the StephMoji app might be making right now.
