President Donald Trump‘s administration has hired women to fill just 27% of roles.
ProPublica obtained records from the Office of Personnel Management, the government’s human resources agency, as well as filed a Freedom of Information request, to find out how many women were in Trump’s administration. The records reveal 436 officials, including at least 36 former lobbyists, members of beachhead teams, obscure campaign staffers and three contributors to the far right news site Breitbart. A few of the people on the list may have changed agencies or left the administration.
After analyzing the records, Bloomberg confirmed that women are in 27% of the roles, despite women making up 46.8% of the general U.S. workforce. Trump’s current cabinet includes just four women out of 24 members.
According to ProPublica, the list includes Jon Perdue, an author who created a special bow and arrow described as the “ultimate survival bow,” which he “touted on a reality show for inventors.” Justin Mikolay, who was previously a lobbyist for the tech firm Palantir, is also on the list. Mikolay’s title at the tech firm was “evangelist.”
The White House did not immediately respond to Fortune’s request for comment.
