VitAg Corp., a Beech Island, S.C.-based specialty fertilizer company, has raised more than $110 million in new equity and debt financing. Otonomy Inc., a San Diego-based developer of therapeutics for diseases and disorders of the inner and middle ear, has filed for an $86.25 million IPO. It plans to trade on the Nasdaq under ticker symbol OTIC, with J.P. Morgan and BofA Merrill Lynch serving as lead underwriters. The company reports a $10.9 million net loss on $9 million in Q1 2014 revenue.
