Avolon Holdings Ltd., an Ireland-based aircraft leasing company, has filed for a $300 million IPO. It plans to trade under ticker symbol AVOL, with J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and Citigroup serving as lead underwriters. Shareholders include Cinven, CVC Capital Partners and Oak Hill Advisors.

Fermaca Enterprises, a Mexican gas pipeline operator, is considering a 2016 IPO, according to Bloomberg. The company sold $550 million worth of bonds last month. www.fermaca.mx

GoDaddy Group, a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based Internet hosting company and domain registrar, has filed for a $100 million IPO (almost certainly a placeholder). Morgan Stanley, J.P.
