Wynn Resorts scored high on gender equality, tenure of independent directors, board size, and board independence. The gaming and casino company has two former CEOs and two active CEOs on its board, including its own CEO, Craig Billings, as well as Richard Byrne, chief of Benefit Street Partners Realty Trust.

Jay Johnson and Clark Randt Jr., members of the Council on Foreign Relations, and Margaret Myers, the former executive vice president of worldwide corporate communications and public affairs for Warner Bros., are also on Wynn Resorts’ board.

Billings has his eye set on global expansion as well as focusing on a younger customer base. Wynn Resorts recently announced plans to expand and develop a $2 billion casino and luxury integrated resort in the United Arab Emirates.
